Whether it's a change of heart or a defective product, our team is dedicated to making your exchange or refund process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its unused, original state.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
